The comedy musical “The Wedding Fiasco” by Scenario is about to unleash its full dose of laughter! Recently, Boy Takonkiet and A’ Santi, the show’s directors, opened the doors of Muangthai Rachadalai Theatre for a special preview exclusively for members of the press and influencers. The event featured a full production run-through—complete with makeup, costumes, lighting, and sound—to showcase the team’s readiness before the official premiere on October 31.

The spotlight was on the stellar cast, including James Ma, Pear Pitchapa, Non Intanon, Tongneng Radklao, Kit Kittinan, Toto Thanadet, Jaja Dandao, Nat Natcha, Off Putthipong, and the musical’s new leading lady Pru Phatcharee, who made a grand entrance in the opening scene. The spectacular number set the stage for the hilarious chaos that unfolds during the wedding of Nop (James Ma) and Da (Pru Phatcharee) — a night that starts out as pure bliss but quickly turns into total mayhem when Nop’s three exes (Non, Jaja, and Nat) show up to crash the wedding and seek revenge!

The media and influencers erupted in applause, captivated by the cast’s explosive energy and chemistry, amplified by the show’s fun, upbeat songs that instantly transported everyone into the “Sruan” spirit.

Afterward, Boy Takonkiet and Ah Santi introduced another highlight — the daring number “Siaw” (which loosely translates to “Thrill”), featuring Non Intanon and James Ma in a jaw-dropping dance duet that had the audience screaming in excitement, especially since it’s the first time fans have ever seen James dance on stage! But as the directors teased — that was only a taste of what’s to come, with even bigger surprises awaiting in the full show.

The preview wrapped up on an emotional note with the heartfelt ballad “Yark Roo” (“I Want to Know”), performed solo by the talented Pru Phatcharee, whose crystal-clear voice and emotional delivery earned admiration and praise from everyone in attendance. True to Boy Takonkiet’s words, she’s a rising star destined to be Scenario’s next big musical heroine.
